ELECTRONIC PRODUCT REGISTRATION

When you buy and install a new product, we may ask you to register your purchase electronically. When you do, we merge your registration information with any information you've already left with us (we call that information your personal profile). If you haven't previously registered with us, we create a personal profile for you from your product registration information. If you ever want to review or update that information, you can visit the Profile Center, click on Update Profile, and edit any of the Personal Information in your profile. As mentioned above, every registered customer has a unique personal profile. Each profile is assigned a unique personal identification number, which helps us ensure that only you can access your profile.

When you register, we create your profile, assign a personal identification number, then send this personal identification number back to your hard drive in the form of a cookie, which is a very small bit of code. This code is uniquely yours.    We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible. If a child under 13 years of age has provided us with personal data their parent or guardian may contact our privacy officer.

2. Devices and Accounts. Use of the Service may require compatible devices, Internet access, and certain software (fees may apply); may require periodic updates; and may be affected by the performance of these factors. JIALIN LU reserves the right to limit the number of accounts ("Accounts") that may be created from a device and the number of devices associated with an Account. The latest version of required software may be required for or features. You agree that meeting these requirements is your responsibility.

3. Limitations on Use. You agree to use the Service only for purposes permitted by this Agreement, and only to the extent permitted by any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practice in the applicable jurisdiction. Your Account is free to create, but has limited listing upload per period according our members agreement which you have purchased.

   If your use of the Service or other behavior intentionally or unintentionally threatens JIALIN LU’s ability to provide the Service or other systems, JIALIN LU shall be entitled to take all reasonable steps to protect the Service and JIALIN LU ’s systems, which may include suspension of your access to the Service. Repeated violations of the limitations may result in termination of your Account.
